Booking & Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the yatra (trip).
  • Payment Modes: We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other approved methods.

Pricing & Inclusions

  • All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The package cost includes only the services mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any additional services will be charged separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Refunds will be processed as per our cancellation policy.
  • Processing time for refunds may take 7–10 working days.

Late Payments

Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation of booking without prior notice.
